By Michelle Malkin  •  February 26, 2009 06:48 PMIt’s really on. Tomorrow, thousands of sick and tired taxpayers on the ground and online will participate in “Tea Parties” across the country. Go here for links and locations. Chuck Simmins also has a handy thumbnail guide, as does Little Miss Attila, whose list I’m reprinting below the Tea Party Twitter widget, with as many additions as I can keep up with through the night. source >>>

  1. Today was the 1st I heard of this. Need to know who to contact in Cedar Rapids, IA so I can get involved. It is well past time for all of us to get real changes made.

  2. The Boston Tea Party was the largest act of direct action against a multinational corporation at its time. The British East India Company was receiving unfair trade advantages through tax breaks. This allowed them to significantly undercut the prices of colonial businesses and smugglers. A modern analogy is the unfair trade policies of the WTO and the direct actions in Seattle in response.
